Hey, This is cool,
It' looks like we'll be giving a local farm, just up the hill a hand this year with growing for market (they're going to sell to SPUD - the organic delivery box out of Victoria. They deliver around the whole Island.) We should learn a lot from doing that. We can join the new Heritage Services Co-op too, once we get a surplus of food growing. If there's such a thing as a surplus in our case. Maybe not if it turns out that we're successfully drying all our surplus for our own dried food recipes, but a little cash may not be terrible for buying supplies. We'll have to weigh that up...
