Where are some of the locations involved?

Instructors will be using as many facilities throughout central Vancouver Island and BC, as our registering numbers require. Host facility partnerships to date are informal and cooperative. The bulk of 2007 classes will be centered around and between Nanaimo and the Coushechewan (a.k.a., Cowichan) Valley (as well as some classes in the Kootenays) and be accessible by bus and bike, sometimes foot and ferry. Some Field Day sites may be slightly further away and car pooling will need to be arranged among students. A current list of location hosting community partners would include: Gabriola Commons, Green Central Station, O.U.R Eco Village, Tamagawa Institute, Little Slocan Lodge, as well as invitations to use numerous halls, living rooms, church and school locations, and supporting community farms, throughout Vancouver Island and the Interior of British Columbia.
