Do you need Online Earth Masters classes?

  • Yes / No. I would definitely be able to take classes if they were offered online? Any particulars? Costs?

Short 2 - 4 hour workshops?

  • Tell us when we can plan for you. I am able to attend, in my spare time only, as a component learner. What that looks like is that I need classes in: 2 - 4 hour sessions? 1 day workshops? 2 days? Evenings / mornings / afternoons? On my days off? Which days?

Subsidies to take some of the sessions?

  • If seat subsidies were available for special-case situations, would you make an application for half price (any length) workshops? Yes / No. Any particulars?

INTRODUCTION (if you haven't had it yet...)

The Earth Masters Program is a grassroots, hands-on learning system created and supported by a co-operative web of not-for-profit, social enterprise, student and teaching partners designed to enable anyone, at any level, to build and live with more appropriately sustainable practices.

This Fall 2006 Schedule is to be taught mostly in Cedar, with some Student-run field trips to points further south. Regular classes during the year will be taught throughout the south end of Vancouver Island, hosted through three main day-program institutions and four auxiliary evening and weekend facilities, as well as an array of farms, community hall and school buildings possible, as classroom needs continue to expand. (Our Vancouver Island locations include: Cedar, Gabriola, Nanaimo, Comox, Duncan, Cobble Hill & Shawnigan Lake. See Photos )

All scheduling workshops and course components are coordinated by the Community Assets Project on a cooperative basis with experts and specialists in sustainability-related fields, who work as independent freelance instructors for the benefit of the students of the EM learning community.
